Q. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you need assistance, please WhatsApp at +971 54 541 9583.

Q. What are the shipping charges?

We offer free delivery all over the UAE for orders on & above AED 50. For orders below AED 50 delivery charges of AED 15 will be applied.
All over the KSA, orders on & above AED 250 will get free delivery. For orders below AED 250 delivery charges of AED 30 will be applied.

Q. How many days, will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order within 3-5 business days throughout the UAE. For orders all over the KSA expected delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Q. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for vincebeauty.com?

Any product should be returned within 15 days of purchase. In case of received a damaged product or any product that is found to be wrongly delivered instead of the actual order, please WhatsApp us at +971 54 541 9583 or email us at info@vincebeauty.com, and you’ll receive instructions on how to get an exchange or a refund. Do remember, the products which are used and opened are not able to return or refund at any cost.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your placed order, let us know within 24 hours. Cancellation of orders depends on whether your order has been dispatched or not. For cancellation of the order, contact us at WhatsApp +971 54 541 9583 immediately, if your order has been already dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.
