We strive to ensure our customer’s satisfaction, if you are not completely pleased with the things you received, let us know. We have a 15-days return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. Do remember, the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. Please review our return & refund policy below;

Return & Refund:

VINCÉ will surely return or refund any product if it is found to be damaged, under the following conditions;

- Product must be in the original condition.

- Product must be unopened and unused.

- Product must be sent back within 15 days.

- The proof of purchase and its receipt is also needed to claim refund amount.

How do I return product?

Here are some of the ways by which you can return damaged or faulty product;

- Take clear images of products that are found damaged.

- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 541 9583 to request return with complete details.

- Dispatch or send the product back to us in its original sealed packaging.

How do I refunded?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded after selecting refund method with you.

Non-Returnable Products:

Remember the products which are used and opened are not returned or refunded at any cost. VINCÉ will not accept return products, such as;

- If shipping box is opened or damaged by the customer’s side.

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
